Almendra is a modular, customizable, and extensible suspended lighting system providing diffused light emission, available in linear and organic leaf-like compositions. Designed by Patricia Urquiola, the Almendra lighting system was born from the idea of providing a functional, efficient, yet gentle and soft light with a highly comfortable emission, explains the designer, like the one that caresses the leaves of a tree outside the wiw of one’s home.
Almendra is available in 3 different mndoodels: Almendra Arch, Almendra Organic, which recalls the branches of a tree, and Almendra Linear, composed of modular petals in which 3, 4 or 6 modules can be grouped together.
